The course integrates the PMBOK® Guide with
specially developed information that is necessary to sit for the
PMP examination. Hands-on exercises and multiple case study provide
a guide to reinforce the knowledge.
Ten chapters focus on both the five process
groups and the nine knowledge areas. Emphasis is placed on the
application of the theory into real life China project
environment.
Preparation for the exam will include the
